The Beachouse at Point Piper can accommodate up to 160 seated guests with a dance floor or 300 for a cocktail event. The Boathouse at The Spit, situated at the Middle Harbour 16ft Skiff Club, offers a rustic theme with warm timber, imported stone, and gold-leaf painted ceilings. This venue can accommodate up to 280 seated guests with a dance floor or 450 for a cocktail style.
