Somersby Gardens Estate is a secluded 50-acre wedding destination located in Somersby on the Central Coast of New South Wales, approximately 50 minutes north of Sydney. Established in 2005, the estate is set within native bushland near Somersby Falls and offers multiple indoor and outdoor spaces for ceremonies, receptions, and photos. The venue features several distinct event spaces: - The Pavilion: A function room located atop a valley featuring old-world rustic charm with tin cladding, crystal chandeliers, sandstone floors, and expansive glass windows. It can accommodate up to 120 guests. - The Rustic Chapel: An undercover ceremony space set among gardens with a tin roof, timber bench seats, and views of the bush and dam. - The Estate Green: A marquee-style venue suitable for larger weddings of up to 150 to 200 guests. - The Amphitheater: A sandstone stage setting with hanging wisteria, featuring an adjacent grassed area that can accommodate up to 120 people. - Horseshoe Bridge: A photogenic ceremony and photoshoot space with a capacity for up to 80 guests.On-site accommodation is provided in a 5-star Australiana-style homestead that sleeps up to 10 adults in seven luxury bedrooms with three bathrooms. Amenities include two chef’s kitchens, a pool, an outdoor BBQ, air conditioning, and casual alfresco areas. The estate offers both in-house and third-party catering options, and allows BYO alcohol. Additional facilities include a bridal suite, dance floor, sound and lighting equipment, and on-site parking. Venue prices range from approximately $150 to $250 per person, with a maximum total capacity of 175 for dinner or cocktail events.
