Reflections - Lake Cooby is a destination wedding venue situated on 50 acres of peaceful bushland on the shores of Lake Cooby, located 30 minutes north of Toowoomba. The venue features waterfront views and multiple indoor and outdoor event locations, including the Bunya View Ceremony Area, Bunya View Fire Pit, the historic Loveday Barn, and a lakeside marquee area. The 18m x 12m white marquee is chandelier and festoon lit with an adjacent festoon lit lawn area, offering a dining capacity of 150 guests or 300 for stand-up events.
Wedding inclusions consist of a four-post timber arbour, a sound system in the marquee, and an onsite venue coordinator. For catering, couples may select their own licensed mobile caterer and supply their own beverages, with the venue providing cold room storage and RSA staff for bar service. Extensive onsite accommodation is available for over 150 guests, including the four-bedroom Cooby Lakehouse which sleeps up to 10 people, eight luxury bell tents with electricity and heating, and 18 air-conditioned cabins. Additional onsite amenities include free self-parking, laundry facilities, a business center, and various facilitated outdoor activities such as rock climbing and canoeing.
