Gip's Restaurant is a wedding and event venue located in one of Toowoomba's most historic buildings, Clifford House (circa 1864), on Russell Street. The venue features a tranquil garden setting with old English oak and jacaranda trees, as well as an open, contemporary interior. Wedding options include: - Ceremonies and receptions held in the gardens or the alfresco restaurant area. - Events in the air-conditioned James Taylor Room within the original sandstone Clifford House, which features French doors opening onto a garden lit by fairy lights. - Marquee weddings in the garden. - A capacity for up to 100 guests.The venue provides Modern Australian cuisine with menus featuring dishes such as chilli caramel pork belly, roast duck breast, and fig and date pudding.
